In the unlikely event of your product(s) becoming defective during their warranty period (usually 2 years from date of sale, more information can be found under the “Documents” section for each product), you can request to return products for replacement or repair. If you have purchased products within the last 7 working days and are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, and the goods remain unused, in original packaging with no signs of damage, you can request to return products for a full refund, excluding delivery charges if applicable.
It remains your responsibility to return the goods to us, and a valid RMA number must be issued to you before return. Goods received without an RMA number, or damaged due to inadequate packaging, or not in original condition with all original accessories and packaging if returning for credit, will be refused and sent back to you at your own cost.
