Delivery Information exclusively uses ParcelForce to deliver our packages. We dispatch goods daily, and endeavour to ship orders received before 3pm the same business day. Orders received after 3pm, during a weekend or UK national holiday, are shipped the next working day.

Customers that select “Next Business Day” at checkout, or are eligible for free delivery on their order, are shipped using a standard next day delivery service, which ParcelForce endeavour to deliver before close of business the next working day. Optionally “Pre-12 Next Business Day” or “Pre-10:30am Next Business Day” delivery methods are available at an extra cost during checkout for customers who require a faster delivery. ParcelForce endeavour to deliver your package before noon or 10:30am, respectively, the next working day when selecting these options.

Once an order has been completed and dispatched you can track the progress of your delivery from the “My Account” section of our website. From the left hand side menu, select “Orders” and click “View” on the order you wish to track. At the top of the order information you will see your tracking number, comprising of 2 letters followed by 7 numbers, and below a link to “TRACK ORDER”. Clicking this link will take you directly to the ParcelForce tracking page, with the tracking number pre-filled for convenience.

When receiving your delivery it is important you check the package for any visual damage before accepting and signing for the package. If the package is damaged, refuse the delivery. If a package is signed for in good condition, then there is no option for recourse with the courier if the item was damaged during delivery, and no refunds can be offered in this instance.
